4. Quotations

A quotation provided by Recoward Print is based on the specifications and information available at the time it is prepared.

A quotation is not an acceptance of an order until the relevant requirements have been confirmed and the necessary commercial arrangements have been completed.

Prices, specifications, production requirements and availability may change where the scope of a project changes.

Where applicable, a quotation may have a stated validity period.

5. Orders and Production

An order may proceed to production after the required specifications have been confirmed and any required payment or deposit arrangements have been completed.

  • Screen and display settings

Where an exact colour or material specification is critical, customers should communicate this requirement before production.

If you believe an order has a production defect, incorrect specification or other issue attributable to Recoward Print, please contact us promptly with details of the issue.

Where appropriate, we may request photographs, samples, order information or other evidence to assess the matter.

Any resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and the agreed project specifications.

14. Reprints and Corrections

Where an error is confirmed to have resulted from Recoward Print’s production process and is covered by the agreed project specifications, we may, where appropriate, correct or reproduce the affected work.
